Our Journey so far...
Our journey began with a clear purpose; to leverage our extensive experience in the IT industry and bridge the gap between Companies and highly-skilled Talent. With this purpose as our driving force, we started off with a specific focus on Talent Acquisition and IT Consulting. Our accomplishments in these fields spurred us on and, after 3 successful years, we added a strategic HR Practice arm to our list of competencies.
Over the course of our journey, we have successfully placed over 3000 candidates in knowledge roles, and executed over 40 turn-key projects. We have also propelled our success by expanding our core team to include industry experts who provide valuable insights and contribute in specific focus areas.
Through a client-first approach that ensures high-quality deliverables and successful implementation of strategies, we are consistently making strides towards achieving our Vision of becoming a preferred partner for business leaders who seek clear direction on how to help their organization succeed.
